Terms of service
Last updated 6 October 2026
The short version. Membership is a monthly subscription. Your card is saved when you apply, which holds your seat while we review, and you're only charged if you're approved. You support other members' LinkedIn posts with real likes and comments, in your own words, by hand. Cancel any time. If you're not approved, you're never charged. Full refund within 10 days of approval.
These terms are an agreement between you and Ertiqah LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Delaware 19713, USA ("we", "us"), which runs Early Days Club. They cover the website earlydaysclub.com, the application, the membership and the Early Days Club Chrome extension. By applying, you agree to them. Early Days Club is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn.
1. What the club is
Members agree to support each other's LinkedIn posts. Each day you get a short list of members' posts to like and, when you have something real to say, to comment on. In return, your posts go on the lists of members who match the audience you want to reach. You do every like and comment yourself, in your own LinkedIn account. Nothing is automated.
2. Applying
- You must be at least 18 and have your own LinkedIn account. Apply only for yourself.
- A person reviews every application. You'll be approved or declined within 2 to 5 business days. We can decline any application, and we don't have to give a reason.
- The information you give us must be true. We may decline or remove a member whose details are false.
3. Price and billing
- Price. Membership is billed monthly, in US dollars, at the price shown when you apply.
- Who takes the payment. Payments are handled by Whop, our reseller and merchant of record. Your card statement and receipts may show Whop, Whop handles any sales tax or VAT due where you live, and its buyer terms also apply to the payment.
- When you're charged. You're only charged if you're approved. Your card is saved at checkout when you apply, which holds your seat while we review your application, and your first month is charged 7 days after you apply. If your review takes longer, the first charge waits until you're approved. If we don't approve you, we cancel and you're never charged. After the first charge you're charged every month on the same date, until you cancel. If you applied through a form that didn't ask for a card, you add one with the link in your approval email instead.
- Failed payments. If your first charge doesn't go through, your membership stays open while Whop tries again, and you can update your card with the link we email you. If a monthly charge fails, Whop tries again over the following days. If it still can't be charged, your membership may end.
- Price changes. We may change the price for new members. The price you joined at stays for as long as your membership continues. If your membership ends and you rejoin later, you pay the price on offer then.
4. Your first weeks
Every new member starts on a first-weeks check. During it, your posts go to a small starting group of supporters and that group doesn't grow yet. Everything else works as normal. You move on automatically once all of these are true:
- 14 days have passed since your membership started;
- you've given 15 supports to posts on your daily list;
- you've left 5 comments of 10 words or more that we've confirmed on LinkedIn;
- nothing is flagged on your account (no open review, warning or pause).
We check this every day. After that, your group of supporters grows as you keep supporting other members. We may also approve a member straight to full membership.
5. Member rules
- Like every post on your daily list. Comment when you have something real to say, in your own words.
- No bots, scripts or automation tools, and no comments posted without reading the post. No copied, generic or empty comments such as "Great post!".
- Don't share your daily list, other members' details or your account with anyone.
- Share only posts that are yours and that follow LinkedIn's rules.
- Follow LinkedIn's User Agreement. You're responsible for your own LinkedIn account.
If you go quiet, your posts pause until you're supporting again. We review support each week. If you break the rules, we may warn you, pause your posts or remove you. If we remove you for breaking the rules, the membership ends straight away and the last charge is not refunded.
6. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for and you're not charged again. If you're not approved, you're never charged. Full refund within 10 days of approval. A refund ends the membership straight away. The details are in our Cancellation and Refund policies, which are part of these terms.
7. Showing that you joined
When you apply, you can choose to let us show your first name, LinkedIn profile photo, LinkedIn headline and when you joined in a small "recently joined" note on our website once you're a member. It's off unless you tick the box. You can turn it off any time by emailing [email protected], and it stops showing within a few minutes. We never show your surname, email, price or anything else.
8. The Chrome extension
While you're a member, you may use the extension for your own membership. It shows your daily list and notices when you like or comment on those posts. It never likes, comments, posts or clicks for you. Don't copy, modify or reverse-engineer it.
9. No guarantee of results
We match you with members and keep them to the deal. We don't control LinkedIn, and we can't promise any number of views, followers, leads or sales, or that LinkedIn will show your posts to anyone. The service is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable.
10. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything LinkedIn does to your account, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
11. Your data
How we collect and use your data is set out in our Privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email members before the change takes effect and update the date above. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
