• No notice period, no fee, no minimum term.
• You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
• You're not charged again after you cancel.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] from the email you applied with and say you'd like to cancel, or reply to any email from us. We'll reply to confirm and tell you the date your membership ends. A cancel button in the Chrome extension is on its way; once it's there you can use either.

What happens when you cancel

• No more charges. Your card isn't charged again.
• Access to the end of your paid month. Your daily list, your posts going out to members and the extension keep working until the end of the month you've already paid for. Then the membership ends.
• Your price. The price you joined at stays until the membership ends. If you come back later, you apply again and pay the price on offer then.
• Your data. We delete your account data within 30 days of the membership ending, as set out in our Privacy policy.

Changed your mind?

Until the end of your paid month, email us and we'll keep your membership going at the same price, with nothing to redo.

Want your money back too?

If we approved you within the past 10 days, ask for a refund instead. We refund your payment in full and the membership ends straight away. See Refunds.

If we end a membership

If we remove a member for breaking the club rules in our Terms, the membership ends straight away and the last charge is not refunded.
